ESTIMATED SHIPING DELIVERY TIMES
**Due to restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak, orders will experience fulfillment/shipping delays.
Fulfillment takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

We offer standard FREE SHIPPING, which is typically 3-4 business days on top of processing time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We don't currently conduct international orders. If you are outside the US and feel you must have our products, you can try contacting us.

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and confirm you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to ship you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was indeed correct, please contact us and supply your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We certainly don't want you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, please get in touch and send us a photo of the damaged item within a week’s time.

WRONG SIZE
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first confirm the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible the item was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
